Ahmed Mostafa, Co-Founder and Board President of Falcons City SC

Ahmed Mostafa

Ahmed Mostafa is a Co-Founder and Board President of Falcons City SC. He leads the club’s overall strategy, organizational development, partnerships, program expansion, brand direction, and long-term growth.

With roots and life experience spanning the United States, Egypt, and Lebanon, Ahmed brings an international and cross-cultural perspective to Falcons City SC, along with a broad network across different communities and professional sectors.

His professional background spans architecture, construction, project management, business development, and entrepreneurship, giving him a multidisciplinary approach to building and growing the organization.

Sports have also been a consistent part of Ahmed’s life. Over the years, he has participated in a wide range of sports, including soccer, swimming, karate, volleyball, basketball, tennis, table tennis, and running. That exposure to different disciplines has helped shape his belief that young people should have the opportunity to explore multiple sports and develop through movement, competition, teamwork, and community.

His vision for Falcons City SC is to build a sustainable multi-sport organization that makes high-quality sports programs more affordable and accessible while creating meaningful opportunities for athletes, coaches, families, and the communities the club serves.

Abdel Elnoubi, Co-Founder and Director of Public Relations and Community Engagement at Falcons City SC

Abdel Elnoubi

Abdel Elnoubi is a Co-Founder and Board Member of Falcons City SC and leads the club’s public relations and community engagement efforts.

With roots in Egypt and a strong connection to both the Egyptian and American communities, Abdel brings a cross-cultural perspective and a genuine commitment to building relationships that strengthen the club’s reach and impact.

Professionally, Abdel is a Mechanical Engineer with experience in transportation infrastructure, bringing a technical, structured, and problem-solving mindset to his work with the organization.

He is passionate about sports, community service, and creating opportunities for young people and families. His involvement with Falcons City SC reflects his belief that sports can serve as a powerful platform for bringing people together, supporting youth development, and giving back to the community.

At Falcons City SC, Abdel supports relationships with schools, community organizations, families, partners, and other institutions while helping expand awareness of the club and its mission. His role focuses on strengthening the club’s community presence, developing strategic relationships, supporting outreach initiatives, and creating new opportunities for collaboration and long-term growth.

Marwan Amrousie, Co-Founder and Fitness Director of Falcons City SC

Marwan Amrousie

Marwan Amrousie is a Co-Founder, Board Member, and Fitness Director of Falcons City SC. He leads the development of the club’s fitness, physical preparation, athletic conditioning, and performance programs for youth and adults.

Marwan brings extensive experience in physical training, military conditioning, fitness education, and athletic development. His background includes service with Egyptian Naval Special Forces, commando and combat training, combat diving, maritime security operations, and service as a former instructor in commando training.

He is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with experience training both adults and youth, as well as educating and preparing fitness professionals. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Naval Science and a Master’s degree in Logistics.

Throughout his career, Marwan has designed and delivered physical preparation programs for special-forces personnel, military officers, military academy students, athletes, fitness professionals, and individuals ranging from beginners to advanced trainees. His experience also includes preparing personnel for demanding physical and operational environments and participating in multinational military training exercises.

Marwan has also developed and delivered personal-training education programs for coaches and fitness professionals.

At Falcons City SC, he applies this experience to creating structured, progressive, and age-appropriate programs focused on strength, conditioning, movement, discipline, confidence, injury prevention, and long-term athletic development.

Mostafa Gouda, Co-Founder and Director of Technology at Falcons City SC

Mostafa Gouda

Mostafa Gouda is a Co-Founder, Board Member, and Director of Technology at Falcons City SC. He leads the club’s technology initiatives and supports the development of digital systems, data-driven processes, and tools that improve how the organization operates and serves its communities.

Mostafa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Data Sciences and brings a strong interest in technology, data analysis, and using information to make better decisions. He is particularly passionate about turning data into practical insights that can improve day-to-day operations, program planning, participant experiences, and the overall efficiency of the club.

At Falcons City SC, Mostafa helps explore how technology can support areas such as registration, program management, communication, performance tracking, reporting, and organizational growth. His approach is centered on making technology practical, accessible, and useful rather than simply adopting technology for its own sake.

Beyond his professional interests, Mostafa is passionate about giving back to the community and creating healthier, easier, and more positive experiences for children and families. He believes that well-designed programs, supported by the right technology and information, can remove barriers and help more young people participate in sports and active lifestyles.

A swimmer himself, Mostafa also brings a personal appreciation for sport, physical activity, discipline, and healthy living. At Falcons City SC, he combines his interests in technology, data, sports, and community impact to help build smarter systems that support the club’s long-term mission.

Program Directors

Chess Director

Oladapo Adu

International Master Oladapo Adu serves as Chess Director at Falcons City SC, leading the development of the club’s chess programs, curriculum, player development, and competitive chess initiatives.

Originally from Nigeria and now based in the Washington, D.C. area, Oladapo brings decades of competitive and instructional experience to Falcons City SC. He has represented Nigeria in multiple Chess Olympiads, competed in tournaments around the world, and qualified for the 2015 FIDE Chess World Cup.

His competitive accomplishments include becoming Nigerian National Chess Champion in 1995 and winning the West African Chess Championship in 2015 and 2016. He has also competed extensively throughout the United States, including numerous major tournaments in the Washington, D.C., Maryland, and Virginia chess communities.

Oladapo has been teaching and coaching chess for more than two decades, working with students of different ages and playing levels. His approach emphasizes understanding the ideas behind the game rather than simply memorizing moves, while using students’ own games to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement.

At Falcons City SC, Oladapo is helping build a chess pathway that introduces young players to the game, develops stronger competitive players, and creates opportunities for tournaments, structured training, and participation in the broader chess community.
